A desire to gain the thought process needed to ride the single track trails of The Shore.
What to Bring
The obvious: a well functioning bike and helmet.
The not so obvious: a backpack with a tube, snack, water and appropriate layers for the weather.
**Leg armour with be provided for the duration of the course**
